I work in deep partnership with senior leaders as they navigate complexity, transition, and high-stakes decisions. I have advised CEOs and senior executives around the world for the bulk of my career, across roles that span government, corporate, and institutional life.

My work is informed by direct experience in high-pressure environments, including the White House and corporate America—settings where decisions are consequential, scrutiny is intense, and the cost of misjudgment is real. That background shapes how I partner with leaders today: grounded in reality, attentive to power and context, and steady in moments of uncertainty.

Most of the leaders I work with are already successful by any external measure. They seek partnership during moments of change—stepping into larger roles, navigating complex stakeholder dynamics, responding to strategic inflection points, or leading through instability—when clarity and sound judgment matter more than technique.
