Less stress. More success.
It’s time.
In 2011, I created a dynamic program for people who wanted to try coaching or who needed just a little support as they navigated change. I called the program The Club and hundreds of people successfully passed through until the program ended in 2013.
And now it’s back.
Because there are a lot of you
navigating change right now.
Today’s Club is going to be a little different. For starters, it’s limited to 15 people at any time and we’ll have a wait list so as people drop off, others can come in. It’s a lot of coaching for me, so I have to organize the program to make sure everyone gets what they need.
Every member will get an initial 60-minute phone coaching session, followed by two 30-minute individual phone coaching sessions per month – scheduled whenever it works for you.
I want to make this easy, so you can cancel any time.
Come in with a goal and we’ll meet it.
Come in with a vexing issue,
and we’ll solve it.
Come in with a change you want to make,
and we’ll make it.
Come in with uncertainty,
and we’ll get you clear
and much more sure of what to do next.
I first went to Michele out of curiosity. I come back for the results! It is amazing how she knows just which questions to ask to generate a new energy and thought process. When I’m stuck, I call Michele. When I want to test an idea and have someone turn it on its ear, I call Michele. There are lots of people with experience but Michele just has that something extra – wisdom and a Zen-like quality – that helps me put it all together!

And I’ve priced it affordably – $375 per month on a PayPal subscription, with a three month commitment. After that, you can cancel whenever you feel you’ve gotten what you need.
Yes, it’s a significant discount over my regular rates (check those here). But it’s my business and I can do what I want. 🙂
CLUB RULES
- You are responsible for your own scheduling. I ain’t chasing nobody.
- You can bring anything to the coaching sessions.
- Everything is totally confidential.
- We’re both committed to your success.
See? Super simple.
Michele helped me to approach challenges with confidence. Rather than providing answers, she offered perspective and helped me to reframe situations, always empowering me to be in control. With her guidance, I learned new tools for making plans, taking action, and getting results.

FAQs
Michele Woodward has changed my life and she will change yours too if you are stuck or burned out. Fourteen months ago I was burned out, stressed out and ready to throw in the towel. Then I started working with Michele. She has been brilliant in turning me around week after week, sometimes without me even realizing what was going on. Now I’m simply on fire. My work is spreading across the country and running my business has become adventurous, not treacherous. In my opinion, this is not the kind of long- lasting change one can make in a week or even a month, and certainly not after a single motivational speech. Michele Woodward will be my coach as long as she will have me and I recommend her with the highest level of respect.

About Michele Woodward
I’ve had a lot of great jobs in my career, but none has been as fulfilling – or as long-lived! – as my executive coaching work has been.
I get to work with women and men who live all over the world. To a person, they’re looking for ways to step up their performance and ensure their success. They want to be clear, to find new approaches, to quiet the worry, to defeat stress.
In my 14 years as an executive coach, my clients have managed $150m budgets and the employees that go with an organization that size. And I’ve also helped people step into their first role as manager of other people. People have started businesses, gotten promoted and made peace with their office nemesis.
It’s very satisfying.
When a client tells me, “I think differently after working with you” – that is music to my ears. Not because their thinking was impaired before, but because they have new tools and new ways of dealing with the things which used to throw them for a loop.
My idea situation is a real partnership with my clients, where I can support them – and challenge them – over several months. This is how real change happens.
I had no idea when I set out to become an executive coach that my experiences in high-pressure, high-stakes environments – like The White House, politics, government and corporate life – would be so relevant to so many clients. I’m really glad I found this field because it’s ideal for me, and every day I know my work makes a difference.
