Emotional Intelligence for Men
Emotionally intelligent people are more successful people. Don’t believe me? Check Google. I’ll wait.
Did you find this story?
Or this one?
How about this?
In this six-week webinar-based class, we’ll work on the sixteen elements of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) so every participant will know where he stands and what he can do to improve his performance – and results.
We’ll start with everyone taking the EQi-2.0 © assessment privately, online. You’ll get your personalized results which we’ll refer to in each class.
The group will be purposely small so you can have the time and space to do your work while being surrounded by other guys who are learning the same stuff – and practicing putting it to work, too.
We’ll meet every Tuesday at 4pm ET by webinar and you’ll have homework to practice between sessions.
Dates: TBA. Starting Fall 2020
The group is designed for men, to be a place where men can talk about emotional intelligence freely with no judgment. I’m really looking forward to leading this work with you, and helping you find a way toward the success you seek.
My promise to you: If you can nail this learning, you can do anything you set your mind to. Emotional intelligence skills are just that powerful.

About Michele Woodward
I’ve had a lot of great jobs in my career, but none has been as fulfilling – or as long-lived! – as my executive coaching work has been.
I get to work with women and men who live all over the world. To a person, they’re looking for ways to step up their performance and ensure their success. They want to be clear, to find new approaches, to quiet the worry, to defeat stress.
In my years as an executive coach, my clients have managed $150m budgets and the employees that go with an organization that size. And I’ve also helped people step into their first role as manager of other people. People have started businesses, gotten promoted and made peace with their office nemesis.
It’s very satisfying.
When a client tells me, “I think differently after working with you” – that is music to my ears. Not because their thinking was impaired before, but because they have new tools and new ways of dealing with the things which used to throw them for a loop.
My idea situation is a real partnership with my clients, where I can support them – and challenge them – over several months. This is how real change happens.
I had no idea when I set out to become an executive coach that my experiences in high-pressure, high-stakes environments – like The White House, politics, government and corporate life – would be so relevant to so many clients. I’m really glad I found this field because it’s ideal for me, and every day I know my work makes a difference.
Fourteen months ago I was burned out, stressed out and ready to throw in the towel. Then I started working with Michele. She has been brilliant in turning me around week after week, sometimes without me even realizing what was going on. Now I’m simply on fire. My work is spreading across the country and running my business has become adventurous, not treacherous. Michele Woodward will be my coach as long as she will have me and I recommend her with the highest level of respect.~ J. Talty O’Connor, Founder, Covey Communications Corp.
